Stairs add time, and your price reflects the real job. We ask about floors and elevators up front so there are no surprises on moving day.

Can you move me into a high-rise with an elevator reservation?

Yes. Tell us your reserved window and loading dock rules. We'll plan the arrival and crew so we finish inside it.

My building needs a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?

Ask when you book and we'll get your property manager what they need before moving day.

How long does a 1-bedroom apartment move take?

Usually a few hours, depending on stairs, the walk to the truck and drive time. Our cost calculator gives you a quick estimate.

Will you protect the floors and walls?

Yes. We pad door frames, corners and elevators and use floor runners so you don't lose your deposit over a scrape.
